I want to confirm that i want to contribute in Talawa Admin and for that i have to install both Talawa API and Talawa Admin right? Please help me in this so i could begin contributing.

No,
You need not to step the talawa api to contribute to talawa admin .
You may use this api "https://api-test.talawa.io/graphql" instead of running the api locally.
