GSoC 2026 Introduction

Hi everyone,

I am Abhinav Yadav, a Full-Stack Developer from India, and I am very excited to express my interest in contributing to the Palisadoes Foundation for GSoC 2026.

I have a strong background in React, TypeScript, and Node.js, which aligns perfectly with the Talawa ecosystem. I’ve spent the last few days exploring the talawa-admin and talawa-api repositories to understand the architecture and project goals.

Technical Background:

• Frontend: Proficient in React and Next.js for building modern, responsive UIs.
• Backend: Experienced with Node.js and building scalable APIs.
• Tools: Comfortable with TypeScript, Git, and Docker.

Progress so far: I have already successfully set up the local development environment for Talawa-Admin and Talawa-API on my machine. I am now looking through the GitHub issue tracker for good first issues and GSoC Priority tasks to start making my first meaningful contributions to the project.

I am eager to learn from this community and contribute to the social good mission of the Palisadoes Foundation. Looking forward to connecting with the mentors and fellow contributors!
