Description
The sorting feature on the Organization List page is not working. Selecting “Latest” or “Earliest” does not change the order of the displayed organizations. The list remains static regardless of the selected sort option.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Go to https://test.talawa.io/orglist
2. Click on the Sort dropdown/tab.
3. Select “Latest” or “Earliest.”
4. Observe that the organization list does not update or re-sort.
Expected Behavior
The organization list should reorder based on the selected sort criteria:
• Latest: Show most recently added organizations first.
• Earliest: Show the oldest organizations first.
Actual Behavior
No change occurs when selecting different sort options.
Environment
• URL: https://test.talawa.io/orglist
• Browser: (e.g. Chrome 129.0, Firefox 130.0, etc.)
• OS: (e.g. Windows 11 / macOS Sonoma)
Possible Cause
The sort parameter may not be linked to the backend query or the frontend state update is not triggering correctly.
