Question about reporting a possible org creation bug

Hi everyone
I’ve identified a possible bug / flow issue in the organization creation process (related to image upload timing and organization UUID availability).


Before opening a GitHub issue, I wanted to check:
Should I directly raise an issue, or are there any prior steps (discussion, reproduction checklist, or guidelines) you’d prefer contributors to follow first?
