I'm Shivam Kumar, a full-stack developer from India with strong experience
in TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
I'm interested in the "Universal QR Attendance & Check-In System" project
for GSoC 2026.
My contributions to talawa-admin so far:
- PR #4928 (Merged): Improved code coverage for EventCalendar.tsx
(fix-issue-3623-event-calendar)
- PR #7466 (Merged): Replaced vi.clearAllMocks() with vi.restoreAllMocks()
and added cleanup() to afterEach hooks across 20 shared-component test files
I have experience building full-stack applications using the MERN stack
and TypeScript, which aligns well with the Talawa-Admin and Talawa-API
repositories.
@DMills27 Could you please guide me on:
1. Any specific areas I should focus on for my proposal?
2. Are there related issues I should work on to better understand
the QR/Check-In codebase?
