In the Tags section of the Admin Portal, I am unable to create a new tag.

Does anyone know why this is happening and how long this issue has existed?
Is there an issue already for it, or is someone working on this?

Hey Vanshika, I'm Sourojit I saw your post about the tag creation issue, I just found two more bugs that
1. on the login page, if you just change the language, it throws a user not found without any credentials being entered.
2. on the registration page, after filling everything correctly, it gives a vague invalid arguments error without specifying what's wrong.
it seems like all these issues are part of the same bigger problem with form validation and error handling in the app.

I've got the screenshots attached here
suggest me that should i fix them by myself or may be just create an issue for all of these problems/bugs combined

You can create 2 issues for this and ask to get assigned if you already don't have 2 issues assigned.
